Baseball Recap: Bryan Comes Up Short

Bryan was the 2-0 winner over Patrick Henry when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Golden Bears took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patriots on Monday. The matchup marked the Golden Bears' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Bryan's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Patrick Henry, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bryan will face off against Liberty Center at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Patrick Henry, they will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Ayersville at 10:00 a.m.
