Basketball Recap: Rule Takes a Loss

Rule was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by the Trent Gorillas 43-13. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Gorillas this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 49-15 on Tuesday.

Rule's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Trent, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Rule will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Wichita Christian at 11:30 a.m. on the 13th. As for Trent, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 44-43 defeat against Gustine on the 5th.
