Steubenville extended their winning streak to four on Friday, bumping them up to 4-2. They enjoyed a cozy 40-24 win over the Farrell Steelers. Steubenville's victory was all the more impressive since the Steelers were averaging only 11.67 points allowed on the season.

As for Farrell, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-2. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for they, who until this contest were averaging 11.67 points allowed.

Despite the defeat, Farrell had strong showings from AAron Pegues, who threw for 197 yards and a pair of TDs on only 16 passes, and Juelz Johnson, who gained 75 total yards and three touchdowns. An impressive showing, but Johnson really ramped things up playing D: he forced one fumble and made nine total tackles in addition to snagging an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown.

Coming up, Steubenville will face off against Canisius at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Farrell, they will square off against Sharpsville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
