Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sacramento). They strolled past the Mountain House Mustangs with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 81-62. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Dragons.

Shawn Underwood was his usual excellent self, going 8 of 12 on his way to 23 points in addition to five rebounds and four steals. His afternoon made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ishan Wallace, who posted 13 points and four steals.

Sacramento was working as a unit and finished the game with 26 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in February of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Mountain House lost, don't look at Shamar Jones. Despite the final result, he earned 21 points and seven boards. Coldin Parker was another key player, putting up 14 points and eight rebounds.

Sacramento is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.6 points per game. As for Mountain House, their loss dropped their record down to 10-10.

Sacramento didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 78-53 victory against Rodriguez on the 22nd. Mountain House has also already played their next game, a 71-42 win against Sierra on the 22nd.
