Millville lost to Pennsville Memorial back in April of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Thunderbolts had just enough and edged out the Eagles 6-5. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Thunderbolts.

The team relied heavily on Cole Mulharan, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Kevin Dick, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Millville hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Pennsville Memorial struck out ten times.

Millville's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Pennsville Memorial, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-6.

Coming up, Millville will take on Egg Harbor Township at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pennsville Memorial, they will head out on the road to face off against Clayton at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
