Ralston Valley won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Saturday. They lost 15-8 to the Lakewood Tigers. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played on September 10th.

Ralston Valley has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Lakewood, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ralston Valley will head out to square off against Arvada West at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Arvada West is coming into the contest with three straight wins at home, so Ralston Valley will have to stop a team with plenty of momentum. As for Lakewood, they are on the road again on Tuesday to play ThunderRidge at 3:30 p.m.
