Volleyball Recap: Akiachak Takes a Loss

Akiachak lost against Kalskag two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Huskies took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grizzly Bears. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-12.

Akiachak's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Kalskag, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-10.

Akiachak has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Lewis Angapak on the 14th. As for Kalskag, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Tuluksak on the 15th.
