Soccer Recap: Petal Wins Going Away Against Richland

After losing to Richland the last time they met, Petal decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Panthers blew past the Rangers 5-1 on Tuesday. That's two games straight that Petal have won by exactly four goals.

They hit Richland with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Emerson White (2), Aniya Carter, Emory Meyers, and Kaylee Herring.

Petal's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Richland, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1-1.

Petal wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 5-0 win against George County on the 30th. As for Richland, they will be playing at home against Forest at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
