Sands Dougherty's tear continued on Friday as he dropped his fourth-straight game with 325+ passing yards. He threw for 325 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 86.4% of his passes, and also rushed for 90 yards and one TD. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Cabrillo back in October of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.

Dougherty and Morro Bay are taking a road trip to face off against Templeton at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. The Pirates had to take a loss when they last met the Eagles, but Dougherty had little to do with the loss: he threw for 312 yards and four TDs while completing 76% of his passes, and also rushed for 81 yards.
