Forest Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Leonard Lancers, falling 20-4. One positive for the Falcons, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Murphie Ockunzzi was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs while going 1-for-1. She also hit a double, marking her first of the season. Alyssa Navarro was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

Even though they lost, Forest Hill always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .533. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Forest Hill's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Leonard, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.
