Lake Hamilton and Sheridan are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2021, but likely not for long. The Wolves will host the Yellowjackets at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

While Lake Hamilton's victory against Arkansas wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wolves sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 win over the Razorbacks on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Wolves, who have now won three contests in a row.

Meanwhile, it may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Sheridan ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Woodlawn, sneaking past 6-5.

Sheridan's win bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Lake Hamilton, their victory bumped their record up to 12-5.

Lake Hamilton was able to grind out a solid win over Sheridan in their previous matchup back in March, winning 6-1. Will the Wolves repeat their success, or do the Yellowjackets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
