Booker T. Washington made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Tate, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Wildcats fell just short of the Aggies by a score of  24-21 on Friday. Despite 131 more yards than the Aggies, the Wildcats couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.
 Booker T. Washington lost  despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was   Tanner Rogers, who rushed for 63 yards and one  touchdown, and also picked up 34 receiving yards and one  score. Another player making a difference was  Caden Osborn, who threw for 177 yards and one  TD.
 Tate found their leader in sophomore  Tanner Clark, who rushed for 151 yards and three  touchdowns. The Aggies are undefeated when  Clark posts two or  more  rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise. Tate also got a significant boost from  Ethan Pittman, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 86 yards.
Booker T. Washington has  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record  this season. As for Tate, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming  contests. Booker T. Washington will venture away from home to  take on Destin  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. That  matchup will pit two of the most dominant  backs against one another:  Da'Sean Bohanan and  Junior Harris. As for Tate, they will head out to  challenge Crestview  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something the Aggies surely won't give up without a fight.
