St. Clair County lost to Lincoln on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Fighting Saints fell 9-5 to the Golden Bears. The Fighting Saints have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Clair County's loss dropped their record down to 9-15. As for Lincoln, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-10 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Lincoln beat St. Clair County by a score of 8-1 later that day.
