Softball Recap: South Range Picks Up 14th Straight Win on the Road

South Range won the last time they faced Hubbard and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Raiders put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 7-1 victory. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by six runs or more this season.

South Range's win was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-5. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.9 runs over those games. As for Hubbard, their loss dropped their record down to 11-7.

Coming up, South Range will venture away from home to challenge Ursuline at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hubbard, they will host Struthers at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
