Football Recap: Kimball's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Mary's, Kimball was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They managed a 28-22 win over the Lodi Flames. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Jaguars also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Kimball had a senior duo take command as Yuvraj Balagan picked up 152 receiving yards and three touchdowns and Richard Sandoval threw for 272 yards and four TDs. The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 90 yards.

Kimball's run defense was locked in: Lodi could only muster 2.4 yards per carry. The team can thank Dawson Pelech for the heroic effort on defense: he. Kimball's ground attack was stronger, having averaged 4.4.

Although Lodi took the loss, they still got scores from Cooper Mettler and Sean Tetz.
