The Escambia County Blue Devils won the last time they faced the Flomaton Hurricanes, and things went their way on Friday too. Everything went Escambia County's way against Flomaton as Escambia County made off with a 73-47 victory. The win made it back-to-back wins for Escambia County.
Stephen Williams went supernova for Escambia County, dropping a double-double on 30 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Williams has scored at least 25% of Escambia County's points. Another player making a difference was Michael French, who scored 12 points along with 6 assists.
Escambia County's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Flomaton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Escambia County will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Rain at 7:30 p.m. on December 4th. As for Flomaton, they will face off against Georgiana at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
