Baseball Recap: Pulaski Takes a Loss

Pulaski lost against De Pere back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Red Raiders took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Redbirds.

Pulaski saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Logan Brabant, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Pulaski has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-7 record this season. As for De Pere, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Pulaski will face off against rival Manitowoc Lincoln at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Red Raiders 3.3, the Ships 2) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, De Pere is set to take on their familiar foe Green Bay Preble at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
