Basketball Recap: Crane Comes Up Short at Home Against Grant Union

Crane unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were dealt a 71-30 loss at the hands of the Grant Union Prospectors on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Mustangs have suffered against the Prospectors since February 6, 2018.

The victory (which was Grant Union's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Crane wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 76-28 win against Huntington on the 6th. As for Grant Union, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 69-39 victory against Culver on the 6th.
