West Forsyth put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Marvin Ridge Mavericks. This was payback for the Titans, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

West Forsyth easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-13.

West Forsyth's victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-0. As for Marvin Ridge, their defeat ended a 16-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-3.

West Forsyth has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Weddington on the 12th. As for Marvin Ridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Metrolina Christian Academy on the 12th.
