Man has gone a perfect 10-0 against Mingo Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Hillbillies will be playing at home against the Miners at 6:00 p.m. Man's pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so Mingo Central's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

On Thursday, Man came up short against Belfry and fell 7-3. The Hillbillies haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, Mingo Central also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Pike County Central by a score of 12-7.

Dylan Vance made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season. Another player making a difference was Ryan Fabin, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

Mingo Central's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Man, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6.
