Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Albany). They were the clear victor by a 16-7 margin over the Worth County Tigers on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on four straight.

Makena Moffat made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over seven innings pitched. Moffat was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-5.

In other batting news, Alexis Seiter and Keylee Siddens did most of the damage at the plate: Seiter scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-4, while Siddens scored two runs while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was Maddix Epperly, who scored two runs while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances.

Albany pushed their record up to 5-1 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Worth County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
