Beloit had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 66-57 victory over the Holcomb Longhorns on Wednesday. Winning may never get old, but the Trojans sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

Eli Johnson was his usual excellent self, shooting 80% from the field on his way to 35 points. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Brody Litton, who almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine rebounds.

Beloit's win was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-4. As for Holcomb, the loss snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 16-5-1 record.

As of now, neither Beloit nor Holcomb have any future games scheduled.
