Football Game Preview: Brunswick Pirates vs. Bradwell Institute Tigers + How To Watch

Two dominant signal callers in Grant Moore and Jahbari Felix are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Brunswick Pirates will welcome the Bradwell Institute Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Brunswick's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.

On Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Brunswick beat Glynn Academy 41-37. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Pirates' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 45th, while the Terrors are ranked 132nd).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bradwell Institute). They put the hurt on Greenbrier with a sharp 51-28 victory on Friday.

Bradwell Institute's win came from a few key players Brunswick will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Cameron Keeve, who rushed for 151 yards and one score on only 14 carries. Another player making a difference was Carlito Savea, who picked up 106 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Special teams was a major factor in the game for Bradwell Institute, racking up 13 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Jacobi Pasley, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.

Brunswick's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Bradwell Institute, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Everything came up roses for Brunswick against Bradwell Institute in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, as the team secured an 86-12 win. In that contest, the Pirates amassed a halftime lead of 58-6, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
