The West Linn Lions will host the St. Mary's Academy Blues at 7:00 p.m. The timing is sure in West Linn's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while St. Mary's Academy has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.

West Linn is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Oregon's top teams: Tualatin, who was ranked third at the time (West Linn was ranked 17th). West Linn came up short against Tualatin on Tuesday, falling 55-30. The match marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, St. Mary's Academy lost 52-26 to Lake Oswego on Friday.

St. Mary's Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for West Linn, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 12-7.
