Volleyball Recap: Elk Creek Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Elk Creek lost against Herlong back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Elks lost 3-0 to the Vikings. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Elks have suffered against the Vikings since October 17, 2019.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-22, 25-22.

Elk Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Herlong, their win ended a six-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-9.

Coincidentally, Elk Creek and Herlong will both be playing Paradise Adventist Academy the next time they take the court. The Elks will host the Cougars at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Vikings will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
