Mya McGowan won't forget Friday's matchup any time soon: she posted double-digit assists for the first time in her career. She dropped a double-double with 21 points and 12 assists, helping propel Poway past Fallbrook by a score of 72-39. We marked that as the best effort she's had all season, even better than her performance on December 6th, 2024 (when she went 8 for 19 on her way to 22 points along with eight boards and seven assists) (Gamescore: 30.7 vs. 24.8).
