Basketball Recap: Iola Takes a Loss

Iola was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Mumford Mustangs 66-14. The contest marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Iola's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Mumford, they pushed their record up to 9-4 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season.

Iola will take on Somerville in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Mumford and Bremond will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
