Football Recap: Exeter Township Picks Up Sixth Consecutive Victory

You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Exeter Township on Friday. Everything went their way against the Ephrata Mountaineers as they made off with a 24-0 victory. Considering the Eagles have won five matchups by more than 23 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Exeter Township got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Leomar Brown out in front who rushed for 179 yards and two scores while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. Brown's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 122 rushing yards. Jacob Hafer was another key player, rushing for 79 yards on only nine carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Exeter Township was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 349 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2024.
