Basketball Recap: Kahuku Now 14-2 over Last 16 Games

Kahuku had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. In a tight matchup that could have gone either way, they made off with a 49-48 win over the University Laboratory School Junior Rainbows. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 57-46 win back in December of 2024.

Kahuku has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 games. That's provided a massive bump to their 20-10 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.9 points over those games. This is the second loss in a row for University Laboratory School and nudges their season record down to 16-11.

As of now, neither Kahuku nor University Laboratory School have any future games scheduled.
