Football Game Preview: Forsyth vs. Pierce City

If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Pierce City. They will challenge Forsyth on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Pierce City have yet to lose; Forsyth, on the other hand, are desperate for their first victory.

Pierce City put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season last week. They steamrollered Ash Grove 54-0.

Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Forsyth lost to Fair Grove, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-67. Forsyth were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-54.

Pierce City's win lifted them to 4-0 while Forsyth's defeat dropped them down to 0-4. We'll find out if Pierce City can add another positive mark to their record or if Forsyth can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Pierce City's step.
