Corry and Conneaut Area are an even 4-4 against one another since September of 2022, but likely not for long. They fell just short of the Grape Pickers by a score of 1-0. The defeat continues a trend for Conneaut Area in their meetings with North East: they've now lost five in a row.

Conneaut Area's loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Corry, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9-1.

Corry was able to grind out a solid win over Conneaut Area in their previous meeting last Wednesday, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Beavers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
