Baseball Recap: Hadley Luzerne Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Hadley Luzerne's offense. They came up short against the Fort Ann Cardinals on Thursday, falling 12-0. The Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cardinals earlier this season, when they won 9-6.

Hadley Luzerne's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Fort Ann, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hadley Luzerne will host Hudson Falls at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Fort Ann, they will face off against Ticonderoga at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
