Basketball Recap: South Comes Up Short

South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss. They had to suffer through a 66-38 loss at the hands of the Laramie Plainsmen. While losing is never fun, the Bison can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wyoming basketball rankings (they are ranked 51st in Wyoming, while the Plainsmen are ranked fifth in Wyoming).

South's defeat dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Laramie, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-6.

As of now, neither South nor Laramie have any future games scheduled.
