Monsignor Pace came into Saturday's contest looking for another win against Key West, but James Osborne wouldn't allow it. The Conchs came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 66-55 on Saturday thanks in part to Osborne, who dropped a double-double with 32 points and ten boards. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 8.2 rebounds per game.

Another player making a difference was Judson Snider, who posted seven points along with six boards and five steals. He also posted a block, marking his first of the season.

Key West's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Monsignor Pace, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Looking ahead, Key West will be playing at home against Marathon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Conchs will be up against the Dolphins' rather soft defense (which has allowed 55.17 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Monsignor Pace, they will head out on the road to square off against Miami Springs at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Spartans' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
