Volleyball Recap: Columbus Discoverers vs. Lincoln East Spartans

If Columbus was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Jefferson on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Discoverers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lincoln East Spartans on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Discoverers in their meetings with the Spartans: they've now lost five in a row.

Columbus started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-18, 25-18, 25-22.
