Henderson County has gone 8-1-1 against Christian County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Henderson County Colonels will be playing at home against the Christian County Colonels at 7:30 p.m.

Last Saturday, Henderson County came up short against Franklin-Simpson and fell 63-50. The loss was the Colonels' first of the season.

Henderson County better focus on containing Anaysia Bagwell and NeVaeh Day as the pair were huge in Christian County's win. Bagwell posted 21 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals, while Day dropped a double-double on 16 points and 16 boards. The match was Day's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Genesis McGee, who had six points along with ten boards and five assists.

Christian County's victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 25.9 points. As for Henderson County, their defeat was their first of the season and also makes their record 2-1.

This contest is shaping up to be a blowout: Henderson County just can't miss this season, having nailed 47.7% of their field goals per game. It's a different story for Christian County, though, as they've only drained 28.8% of their shots this season. Given Henderson County's sizable advantage in that area, Christian County will need to find a way to close that gap.
