Volleyball Recap: Troy Comes Up Short

Troy's tournament run continued when they took on Grapevine on Friday. The Trojans fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 2-1.

Skylar Workman paced Troy's offense, picking up eight kills. Workman got some help from Aubree Brashear and her 14 assists.

Troy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Grapevine, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Troy has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Clear Falls on the 15th. As for Grapevine, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Ellison on the 15th.
