Baseball Recap: Marysville Indians vs. Valley Christian Lions
After only one run in their last game, Marysville made sure to put some runs up on the board against Valley Christian on Friday. The Indians blew past the Lions 11-0. The Indians not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since February 12th (when they won 14-3).

Avery Landrum made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. Those ten strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two runs and two RBI. Marysville is undefeated when Landrum posts two or more runs, but 5-18-1 otherwise.
