Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Towson walked away with it. They never let the Aberdeen Eagles get on the board and left with a 7-0 win on Friday. Towson's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matchups.

Towson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2-1 record this season. As for Aberdeen, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.

Coming up, Towson will challenge Patapsco on Tuesday. Aberdeen does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
