Danville came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Frankfort Panthers, falling 4-1. Having soared to a lofty six goals in the game before, Danville couldn't push the score so high this time.

Danville's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Frankfort, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Danville will take on Madison Southern at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Frankfort, they will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Henry County at 6:00 p.m.
