West has gone 8-2 against Whitney recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The West Trojans will welcome the Whitney Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. West will be strutting in after a win while Whitney will be coming in after a loss.

Last Tuesday, West humbled McGregor with a 56-28 victory. The Trojans pushed the score to 49-19 by the end of the third, a deficit the Bulldogs cut but never quite recovered from.

Meanwhile, Whitney was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 44-41 heartbreaker at the hands of Troy. One positive for the Wildcats, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

West is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-14 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.4 points per game. As for Whitney, their loss dropped their record down to 3-20.

Everything came up roses for West against Whitney in their previous matchup back in January, as the team secured a 43-11 victory. Does West have another victory up their sleeve, or will Whitney turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
