Stigler had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Heavener Wolves as they made off with a 12-1 victory. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by six runs or more this season.

Stigler's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Heavener, they are on a 25-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-15.

Looking ahead, Stigler will be playing at home against Roland at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Heavener, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on McCurtain at 4:00 p.m. on the 17th.
