Volleyball Recap: Wabeno/Laona Takes a Loss

Wabeno/Laona was the 3-2 winner over Florence when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Rebels fell 2-0 to the Bobcats on Saturday.

Lily Terry paced Wabeno/Laona's offense, picking up ten kills. Terry got some help from Aubrey Tinsman and her ten assists. Brynn Yaeger controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Wabeno/Laona's loss dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Florence, their win bumped their record up to 9-3.

Coincidentally, Wabeno/Laona and Florence will both be playing Goodman-Pembine the next time they take the court. The Bobcats will host the Falcons at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Rebels will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
