Softball Recap: Dowagiac Chieftains vs. St. Joseph Bears

Dowagiac barely beat St. Joseph the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Dowagiac blew past St. Joseph 7-1 on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-3 on Wednesday.

Rebecca Guernsey was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over 4.1 innings pitched. Guernsey was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
