Baseball Game Preview: Rogue River Chieftains vs. Glendale Pirates

The Rogue River Chieftains will head out on the road to challenge the Glendale Pirates at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rogue River is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.

Last Friday, Rogue River came up short against Dayton and fell 8-3.

Meanwhile, Glendale scored the most runs they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 13-9 to Oakland. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Glendale's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Rogue River, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Rogue River was able to grind out a solid win over Glendale in their previous matchup back in March of 2018, winning 7-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Chieftains since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
