Football Recap: Harrison Takes a Loss

The Harrison Raiders ended up a good deal behind the Indianapolis Bishop Chatard Trojans on Friday and lost 40-24. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana football rankings (they are ranked 68th, while the Trojans are ranked 11th).

Although Harrison took the loss, they still got scores from Chase Gothrup, Sullivan Garrett, and Jack Gonzalez.

Harrison now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Indianapolis Bishop Chatard, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Harrison will welcome Roncalli at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. That matchup will pit two of the most dominant signal callers against one another: Lannon Nicoloff and Collin Ash. As for Indianapolis Bishop Chatard, they will head out to face off against Tri-West Hendricks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans will need to watch out since the Bruins have now posted at least 31 points in their last four contests.
