Timnath waltzed into their match on Thursday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They came out on top against the Roosevelt Roughriders by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Timnath had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 25-20, 25-20, 26-24.

Sage Raymond paced Timnath's offense, picking up ten kills. Raymond got some help from Jersey McCollum and her 28 assists. Finally, Lily McGill kept Timnath's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Despite the loss, Roosevelt still got an impressive performance from Madi Kage, who had 30 digs. With that strong performance, Kage is now averaging an impressive 10.5 digs per game.

Timnath's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Roosevelt, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-7.

Timnath wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Poudre on the 25th. As for Roosevelt, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Mountain View on the 28th.
