Soccer Recap: Forest Hills Takes a Loss

Forest Hills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the West Stanly Colts, falling 4-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against West Stanly this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

Forest Hills' loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for West Stanly, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Forest Hills is set to challenge their familiar foe Central Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, West Stanly will take on rival Anson at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
