Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mystic Valley Regional). They blew past the Academy of Notre Dame Lancers 92-58 on Wednesday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Eagles with their most commanding win of the season.

Dalton Kinnon was his usual excellent self, putting up 31 points. He has been hot, having posted 17 or more points the last five times he's played.

When it comes to explaining why Academy of Notre Dame lost, don't look at Rigo Challinger. Despite the final result, he made all 14 shots he took to post 30 points. That was a full 51.7% of Academy of Notre Dame's points, marking the sixth time in a row he's posted more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Isiah Ferguson, who scored nine points.

Mystic Valley Regional's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.7 points per game.
