Football Recap: Braden River Takes a Loss

Braden River entered their contest against Pinellas Park on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Pirates took a hard 35-16 fall against the Patriots. If the Pirates were looking for revenge after losing 49-13 to the Patriots when the teams met back in November of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Although Braden River took the loss, they still got scores from Louisen Desinor and Anquan Polynice.

Leading Pinellas Park to victory were Jhai Hitchcock and Chayse Armstrong. Hitchcock rushed for 126 yards, while Armstrong rushed for 72 yards and one touchdown on only six carries.

Braden River now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Pinellas Park, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Coming up, Braden River will challenge Southeast at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Seminoles' defense has only allowed 13.3 points per game this season, so the Pirates' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Pinellas Park, they will face off against Northeast at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
